School Visits

There is a concessionary Hall and Gardens admission charge for school parties of £1.50 per person (adults and children). Guided tours are available free of charge.

Guided tours of the Hall are available free of charge for groups. A tour lasts approximately 1 1/4 hours. Parties of more than thirty will be guided in smaller groups at times tailored to your needs. Children’s guides of the Hall are available as an alternative to the adult Guide Book.

There is wheelchair access to the ground floor of the Hall, all grounds, the shops and café, and there is a loo for the disabled.

A picnic areas is adjacent to the car park. Schools are welcome to use our courtyard meeting room.
